About Illiquid Solutions

We're a small, local home-buying team in the Milwaukee area. We started because we kept meeting people stuck with houses they couldn't sell the normal way — and we knew we could help. Every house we buy gets renovated properly and sold to someone who'll love it.

If you're dealing with a difficult property situation, we'd be honored to help you through it. That's really what this is about.

Our Angle

Divorce, probate, foreclosure, relocation — hard situations, handled with care.
